Nancy Sinton, a yoga therapist, combines a variety of yoga and mindfulness techniques to work with clients one-on-one or in small groups as a natural approach to conquer anxiety. Both research and experience have proven yoga breathing practices are particularly effective for quickly slowing down the racing thoughts associated with anxiety and helping to regulate the autonomic nervous system.
