Keely Himmel is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville. She has been a certified instructor for 11 years, as well as CPR and First Aid Certified.
Her passion is to connect with each client and help to encourage them to accomplish all of the work out goals. She loves to teach and inspire. Her classes are fun, energetic, and effective. She looks forward to developing relationships and seeing the results of the attendees in her classes.
Body Sculpting on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30 – 10:30 am or call 941.373.3955 to schedule a private class in the afternoons. Private classes can be shared with friends.
Tara Robson is a passionate Certified Personal Trainer. Tara has always had a drive for fitness and helping others. She received her certification from Expert Training in 2017. She actively works out and is constantly researching new exercises and techniques. She believes that taking care of our health is the best gift that we can give to ourselves.
Fitness training can be overwhelming. As a trainer, she loves to help you to feel motivated, empowered, and challenged while having fun and enjoying your fitness journey.
She is in the process of becoming a certified Kinesiology Specialist. Kinesiology is the study of the way exercise and movement affects the body to prevent and heal from injuries and diseases. Whole body wellness is a balancing act and exercise is an important piece of the puzzle.
Her smile and sweet energy make getting through a tough workout a pleasure. Come give her Morning Fitness Training class a try!
Fitness Training on Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30 – 9:15 am or call 941.373.3955 to schedule a private class in the afternoons. Individualized personal training sessions use trx, bosu, dumbbells, kettle bells, stability balls, body weight exercises, gliding discs, resistance bands, agility drills, and metabolic blasts. Customized to meet the client’s goals. Private classes can be shared with a partner.
$65 for one hour of training or 5 classes for $250 ($50 each).
Caryn Patterson, Yoga & Fitness Director
Caryn is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified teacher and also has her ACE personally training certification and CPR Certification. She is a graduate of Florida State University. She worked as an IT Consultant and a manager in the corporate world, but always had a passion for fitness and healthy living.
In 2000, Caryn discovered yoga after experiencing many years of lower back issues. She immediately felt the benefits of yoga both physically and emotionally. She became more flexible and her core got much stronger so most of her back issues went away and she discovered a peace that was missing in her life. She has always practiced alignment based Hatha Yoga. In 2013, Caryn graduated from Heartwood Yoga and Retreat Center with yoga teaching certification.
Caryn believes that yoga is for everyone from the beginner to the experienced and the young to older adults. She takes the Hatha alignment approach in all her classes from gentle to vinyasa to ensure that her students are safely practicing yoga while stretching and strengthening their mind, body and soul! She also wants to encourage you to take what you learn on your mat into your everyday life!
Caryn also loves healthy eating! She’s not a perfect eater, but definitely feels and looks better when eating fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish. She and her children work in the garden together, which consists of Earth Boxes and Tower Gardens and they cook together. She also takes and sells Juice Plus, which is whole food nutrition in a capsule or chewable, to ensure that she gets her daily dose of fruits and veggies.
Caryn is truly dedicated to helping people become strong and healthy. She has a background in business and marketing as well as many great ideas for classes and workshops to build a thriving, learning, yoga community and to inspire students to be all they can be as the yoga and fitness director of Four Pillars.
She is here to encourage you in your walk to become a healthy person inside and out, so she cannot wait to see you in one of her classes.
