A few months ago, I was standing at a very difficult crossroad in my life. My doctors had recommended that I go into medical retirement and focus on my health. It was a very tough and painful decision. I felt lost on what path to choose. I belonged to a gym, but the large classes intimidated me. I came upon a Groupon discount for Four Pillars and decided that it was worth a try.
I tried a yoga class first and realized that my body was not quite ready for the challenge. I was then encouraged by Keely to try her body sculping class. I was honestly nervous buy Keely’s reassuring words have been the reason that I embraced the process. She has a unique gift of being able to encourage with genuine sincerity, sprinkled with a delightful sense of humor and inspiring quotes. She offers modified versions of the exercise for beginners and the challenges us. She has a wide variety of exercises set to the beat of upbeat music and the classes close with meditation and soothing essential oils. I feel fortunate to have met some amazing people who motivate me by their persistence. In the short time that I have been at Four Pillars, I have already begun to see some encouraging positive changers and am now able to do exercises that I one thought to be impossible. The staff at Four Pillars have been extremely helpful and supportive. I have learned so much through this journey and am reminded of one of Keely’s quotes, “Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It come from overcoming the things you one thought you couldn’t do.” Elizabeth John, Client of the Month
