Thai Massage
90 minutes / $140 | 60 minutes / $100
Thai massage is an ancient art of whole body rejuvenation based on Buddhist principles of mindfulness and “loving kindness”. It combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures. It stretches and loosens tightened muscles, releases tension and relieves joints. Can be performed on a Thai mat or on the table. Please wear loose and comfortable pants and clothing.
Medical Massage
90 minutes / $140 | 60 minutes / $100
Medical massage is designed to treat acute or chronic pain conditions in the body. An experienced massage therapist will use a combination of massage techniques, such as neuromuscular, trigger point, and stretching moves, to treat conditions such as frozen shoulder, sciatic nerve pain, sports injuries, lymphatic drainage, TMJ syndrome, headaches, or piriformis muscle syndrome.
Hot Stone Massage
90 minutes / $140 | 60 minutes / $100
During this massage, smooth heated stones are placed over key points of the body and then used to warm and relax the muscles. Hot stones help to promote relaxation, improve circulation, calm the nervous system and help to re-balance and ground the body and mind.
Himalayan Salt Hot Stone Massage
90 minutes / $140 | 60 minutes / $100
Specially shaped Himalayan salt “stones” are heated to provide a unique therapeutic massage that offers salt’s healing benefits during a massage. Here are five benefits of a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage:
• When there are too many positive ions in the body it leads to inflammation. Being massaged with Himalayan salt stones helps balance the positive ions with negative ions. This can help reduce inflammation, which causes pain and illness.
• Himalayan salt contains more than 80 trace minerals that are absorbed by your body during a hot Himalayan Stone massage, helping to replenish minerals lost during hard workouts or ongoing stress.
• Himalayan Salt is naturally antimicrobial and helps to detoxify and nourish your skin and body.
• Your skin will feel more refreshed and lightly exfoliated by the glide from salt stones that are smooth and rounded.
• The salt stones are heated and when combined with therapeutic massage, a signal is sent to the body to turn off the stress response and turn on the relaxation state of being. When our muscles are able to relax, the therapist is able to help problem areas release more readily.
Today’s fast paced society leaves us feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Rest and relaxation is fundamental to our health. When we allow ourselves to rest and relax, we are able to rejuvenate and be the best versions of ourselves. We perform better physically and mentally and lead a calmer, happier and more vital life. Melt away the tension built up in your body to support and nourish your central nervous system with the new Himalayan Salt Stone Massage.
Reflexology / Reflexology Fusion
30 minutes / $55 | 60 minutes /$85 | 90 minutes / $125

Debi Kleer| LMT, MA #95108, Certified Reflexologist, Swedish Massage Therapist, and AromaTouch Practitioner
My name is Debi Kleer…my accent is South African … and priority is YOU!!
I have been a reflexologist since 1992. It’s been a life-long passion. Since then I have become a reiki master and received certifications in AromaTouch, Crystal Healing, Thai Reflexology, and Total Body Balancing. Last year I completed a 750-hour massage therapy program to add the in-depth understanding of the structural anatomy. After many years working as a Therapist in the Health and Wellness industry, I was looking to combine the benefits from many different health practices – and this allowed me to develop “Revitalize Reflex” which is a combination of my skills and expertise.
Establishing a personal connection with my clients is vital to build long-term client loyalty. Being a Reiki Master, I bring a deeper level of understanding into the true need of my client and help them to experience deep relaxation while releasing their underlying stress and fatigue. Educating my clients on continued self-care after a treatment is part of my dedication as a therapist. It gives me a great sense of fulfillment when I see improvement in their physical health condition and emotional wellbeing. I enjoy helping people relax and de-stress with massage therapy or the combination of massage therapy and reflexology.
