Eva Manzo was born in sunny St. Petersburg FL, and graduated from USF with a Bachelors in Social Sciences and Anthropology in 2016. She received her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training a couple years later and taught Yin and Vinyasa at Four Pillars. She has a fascination for holistic health and ancient healing modalities from different cultures. This love for culture sparked her journey to travel around the world to Hawaii, Australia, Bali, Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, and Europe. She humbly studied Thai Yoga Therapy in Chang Mai, Thailand at Sunshine School of Thai Massage and came back to the states with a fiery passion in her heart and soul to learn more and share this incredible healing practice with others. She furthered her studies by going to Soma Veda Thai Yoga School in Florida. She loves helping people to simply feel good- feeling aligned to their truest and highest selves in body and spirit so they can radiate from within! She believes internal healing work is the key to a healthy and happy Earth.
Eva recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Luna Grace and is engaged to Michael Fox, who shares with her a love of Thai Bodywork.

Thai Yoga Therapy
Thai Yoga is an ancient practice from around 500 BCE. One of the first forms of bodywork, it is said that Buddha himself received it. It was a very spiritual practice, performed in Temples around Southeast Asia, and is considered a form of Metta, the Buddhist word for loving kindness.
During a Thai Yoga Therapy session, you will be fully clothed in loose fitting clothes and receive bodywork on the floor on a supportive Thai Mat. You will be stretched, palm pressed, rocked, and opened through a series of yoga-like postures while you are completely relaxed and passive. Thai Yoga is also called “Lazy Yoga”, as you get all the benefits of yoga by someone doing it for you! I will use many parts of my body, including elbows, feet, and thumbs to help relax muscles and to activate and balance the energy in your body through acupressure on your “sen” lines, or energy lines/meridians.
Thai Yoga will help to increase flexibility, circulation, and relaxation and decrease pain, stiffness, and stress. I like to incorporate essential oils and sound therapy, to encourage a deeper state of mediation and bliss. You will leave feeling like relaxed yet energized, grounded yet uplifted.
